The Company informs that its subsidiaries, Concebra – Concessionária das Rodovias Centrais do Brasil S.A. and Transbrasiliana Concessionária de Rodovia S.A., are responsible for the administration, operation, maintenance, and exploitation of federal highways, pursuant to their respective Concession Agreements entered into with the National Land Transportation Agency (Agência Nacional de Transportes Terrestres – ANTT).
Such concessions are governed by the contractual provisions and the applicable regulatory framework, which include, among other aspects, the rights and obligations of the parties, the terms of the concessions, the economic and financial rebalancing mechanisms, the criteria for tariff review and adjustment, as well as performance targets, quality standards, and operational safety requirements.
