  • Triunfo Transbrasiliana

    Triunfo Transbrasiliana runs the São Paulo’s section of BR-153, which connects the states of Minas Gerais, São Paulo and Paraná.

    In September 2014, Triunfo Participações e Investimentos S.A. entered into a purchase and sale agreement for the acquisition of 100% of the shares of the company holding 100% of the Transbrasiliana Concessionária de Rodovia S.A. capital stock. Thus, on January 5, 2015, the São Paulo’s section of the BR-153 highway became Triunfo Transbrasiliana.

    With its activities regulated and supervised by ANTT (National Agency of Land Transportation), the concessionaire manages the 321.6 km stretch of the Transbrasiliana in São Paulo, which passes through 22 cities. The stretch of the concession begins in the municipality of Icém, between the states of Minas Gerais and São Paulo, and ends in the city of Ourinhos, on the border between the states of São Paulo and Paraná.
