Tijoá is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the largest hydroelectric power plant of the Tietê River, the Três Irmãos Hydroelectric Power Plant. Triunfo holds a 50.1% stake in Tijoá, the concessionaire responsible for exploring the plant’s energy potential, operating and maintaining its locks and the Pereira Barreto channel. The Três Irmãos plant has an installed capacity of 807.5 MW and is located in the municipality of Andradina, on the border with the municipality of Pereira Barreto.
